Tax payer - "the slave"

What is the advantage a Tax payer gets compared to the other (who evade/doesn't pay)? 

Don’t you feel that Tax payers are being ignored by Government and take their hard earned money as granted?

We do understand that a part of money goes to public and their comfort. And we are used to forget the fact that the same has been used to feed the best frauds(you know who) for their corruption game.

So here is the confusion. What does one get by paying more tax?

Don't you feel some benefit proportional to the Tax paid help? I hope the Tax evasions will be lesser if government can do something about it.
